DocNub is a paperless framework based on technology developed by SilverNeedle Soft. With DocNub everything that is needed for the transition to paperless is possible. The bare bones version of DocNub comes with support for "folders" and "documents", there is no limit on how many you can have. Also included with the bare bones version is our indexing software. With our indexing software there is no need to sit in front of your computer for hours making sure each document is in the right folder, DocNub does it for you.

Our indexing software does two functions; we like to call them File-to-Folder (FtF) and file-indexing. File-to-Folder is the primary indexer; DocNub will scan all newly added files and find the appropriate folder for the file. DocNub will even let you know when it cannot find the proper folder for the file. File-indexing is the technology we developed to read all data from OCR’ed PDF files in order to provide full document searching.

The current version of DocNub can process fifty (50) files in 88 seconds or 1.467 minutes for File-to-Folder, and 63 seconds or 1.050 minutes for file-indexing. Without DocNub it would take approximately 1 hour and 6 minutes to index the same amount of documents*.
